This petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioner by considering his representation dated 25.03.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.04.2021, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that it is purely money transaction between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and he instructed the third respondent herein to close the enquiry. The matter is posted today for reporting the status of the complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 17.04.2021 and nothing survives for further direction in this petition.
