ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to preserve the CCTV footage of the Madurai City, Central Crime Branch Police Station and Commissioner of police of Police on 14.02.2020 from 02.00 a.m to 09.00 p.m and produce a copy of the CCTV footage to the Judicial Magistrate No.I Court, Madurai which would be evident to prove the petitioner's illegal detention.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the CCTV footage will be available only for 30 days.
