ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the Respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate Police protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner and her family members, by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner is reported to be dead.
