*********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 03.10.2020 in Ref. Appeal No.Na.Ka.E4/29189/2021, filed under the Patta Pass Book Act, 1986, pending on the file of the first respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner has filed the aforementioned statutory appeal before the first respondent on 03.10.2020. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said appeal in this writ petition. 3.Heard Mr.V.Thirumal, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

W.P.[MD]No.5818 of 2022 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner under the Patta Pass Book Act, 1986, is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time fame to be fixed by this Court after hearing the necessary parties including the petitioner.
5.Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 03.10.2020 in Ref. Appeal No.Na.Ka.E4/29189/2021, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
