2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the enquiry will be concluded within a period of two weeks.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the 2nd respondent is directed to issue summons under Section 64 BNSS, specifying the date, time to the petitioner and the alleged accused and conclude the enquiry within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
