ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 342 IPC and Sections 16, 17 and 18 of Bonded Labour System (Abolition Act, 1976, in Crime No.140 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.It is seen from the FIR that the case was registered in Crime No.140 of 2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 342 IPC and Sections 16, 17 and 18 of Bonded Labour System (Abolition Act, 1976, which are, bailable in nature. Hence, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise.
