[Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR] In view of the fact that a legal notice dated 26.11.2015 came to be issued to the petitioner on behalf of Senthil, the alleged detenu, the petitioner wants to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition and seeks the leave of the Court to withdraw the same and endorsement to that effect has been made.
2.Recording the endorsement, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
