The petitioner is the father of the detenu aged about 19 years is before this Court seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus Petiiton, to set her at liberty from the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent herein.

2. The respondent police had secured the daughter of the petitioner and produced her before this Court. Interrogation with the girl reveals that she has left the home on her own and living with the 3rd respondent's family. According to her, her parents forced her to get marry a person whom she is not willing. Hene, she left the home. Since the girl is aged about 19 years and this Court being satisfied that she is not in

illegal custody or wrongful confinement, this Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed as devoid of merits.
