ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent to register the complaint made by the petitioner dated 07.10.2021 based on the order passed by Judicial Magistrate, Illupur in Cr.M.P.No.291 of 2022 dated 30.03.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that private respondents cheated the petitioner, for which, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Pudukottai District on 07.10.2021 and the same was not properly considered. Therefore, the petitioner has filed complaint under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Illupur and the same was allowed by 2/4
directing the second respondent to register the complaint. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that, even after lapse of two months, the second respondent has not registered the case so far.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that within two days, FIR will be registered by the respondent police.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 17.03.2023 NCC :
