ORDER

When the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent would dispose of the petition mentioned representations submitted by the writ petitioners on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing the final order. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other.
