This petition is filed seeking a direction to dispense with the impugned proceedings in S.C.No.106 of 2020.

2. When the petition came up for hearing, it is found that the document for which dispensed with is requested is not mentioned.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that instead of filing an amendment petition, he seeks to file a fresh petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition with necessary particulars.
