2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and also
perused the records carefully.
3.Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, the detenue is present before the court. She has been identified by the petitioner and his counsel. The detenue has categorically stated that there is no illegal detention and harassment against her and for the past two months she is happily living with her parents.
