ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.05.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondents would submit that so far, the respondents have not received the complaint dated 13.05.2016.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes to furnish a copy of the complaint dated 13.05.2016 to the respondents once again.

5.Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to present a copy of the complaint dated 13.05.2016 before the respondents and on receiving the same, the respondents shall look into the complaint and act in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
