Respondents/Respondents/Defendants PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records of the lower court and allow this civil revision petition and set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 06.09.2021 passed in IA.No.25 of 2021 in OS.No.41 of 2019 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Melur. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption for Extension of time for lower court and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon the letter received from the Sub Judge, Melur in D.No. 1937 of 2023 dated 27/11/2023, this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time for lower court'.
2. By an order dated 06.01.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.41 of 2019 within a period of five months from the date of receipt 1/3
of a copy of that order.
3. The Court below has now submitted a letter in D.No.1937/2023 dated 27.11.2023 with a request of six months time to comply with the order of this Court dated 06.01.2022 made in C.R.P(MD)No.761 of 2022.
