ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.1340 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioner herein waylaid the defacto complainant, abused and assaulted the defacto complainant and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that 10 previous cases are pending against the petitioner including 302 IPC cases.

4.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having 10 previous cases including murder cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
