Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry without due process of law on the basis of the third respondent's complaint. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry without due process of law on the basis of the third respondent's complaint.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given against the petitioners, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
