It is a petition seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioners by compelling them to part with money to their paternal uncle in connection with the leasing out of their family property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are unnecessarily harassed.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), however, on instructions, would submit that the presence of the petitioner is only required in respect of the complaint preferred by one Mariappan and there is also an undertaking that the petitioner would be called for only on summons in respect of the complaint preferred.
