The petitioner is aggrieved over the conduct of the second respondent.

According to him, the second respondent is interfering in the civil dispute.

2.When the mater was taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the matter was already enquired into and the parties have been advised to work out their remedy before the civil Court.
