ORDER

Since the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2019, to the respondent requesting to issue a photocopy of the petitioner's answer sheet in the Written Exam conducted by the respondent for the post of Assistant Director of Horticulture and Horticulture Officer (2018-2019) and also furnish the cutoff marks in the general category for the above said selection process, has not been considered so far, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition.

2. Mr. D. Sivaraman, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the

respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2019, if there are no other legal impediments, and pass necessary orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
