Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to transfer the petitioner from Kulathurnaickerpatti Government Higher Secondary School at Pudukkottai District to anyone of the Government Schools situated nearby her home town at Tenkasi District based on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2023 within a time frame as fixed by this Court. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is presently working in Tenkasi District on deputation basis. She wants to be retained there. The petitioner's daughter is suffering from 85% of the mental and physical disability. Pursuant to the observation made by this Court vide order dated 29.12.2021 in W.P.(MD)No.23293 of 2021, the petitioner appears to have been accommodated. It is for the authority to take a call in the matter and this Court will not issue any direction as such.
