O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This writ petition is filed challenging the procedures adopted by the Disciplinary Committee of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Pudhucherry and seeking transfer of the enquiry from one Committee another Committee.

2. We are not inclined to exercise the writ jurisdiction in the pending disciplinary proceedings on the allegations made by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the authority concerned, if he is not satisfied with the final order passed by the Disciplinary Committee. No costs.
