O R D E R

It is the case of the petitioner that the third respondent is unnecessarily causing harassment to the petitioner and is throwing garbage into the house of the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent police, based on which, a petition enquiry is being conducted in C.S.R.No.68 of 2017.

2. Today, Mr.C.John Peter, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Thottiyam Police Station, Trichy District, is present in Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that though summons were issued to the petitioner, she did not appear before the police for enquiry in C.S.R.No.68 of 2017.

3. In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the second respondent police in C.S.R.No.68 of 2017 and the second respondent police is directed to call both the parties for enquiry and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
