[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner, who is a third party to the writ proceedings, has filed this petition, seeking leave to file an appeal as against the order of this Court dated 22.03.2021 made in W.P.(MD)No.6383 of 2021.

2.We have carefully gone through the order passed by the Writ Court, which is only a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to consider the representations made by the 1st respondent herein. Hence, we are of the view that

the said order will not prejudice the right of the petitioner. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected W.A.(MD)SR.No. 19176 of 2021 is rejected at SR stage itself.
