ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners is present. The learned Counsel appearing for the intervenor is also present.

2. The learned Counsel for the intervenor states that the petitioners herein have not come forward to settle the amount as per the demand of the intervenor before the mediation and the mediation report was also received by this Court, in which it is stated that the mediation could not succeed between the parties and the matter was referred to this Court.

3. Admittedly no case is registered against the petitioners herein. The Current Paper No.369/DC/L&O/MC/17, dated 05.03.2017 is pending before the respondent police in this case.

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are being harassed by the respondent police under the guise of enquiry.

5. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to cooperate with the respondent police for pending enquiry and the

respondent police should not harass the petitioners during the enquiry. The respondent police is directed to register the F.I.R., or close the case as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
