This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the second respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.24 of 2013 within a period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed within six months.
