ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to conduct a fair enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2025 and reminder dated 09.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since the Revenue Divisional Officer, Nagercoil, is a necessary party, this Court has suo motu impleaded the said officer as respondent No. 8.

3. The allegation against the private respondents is that they have usurped the petitioner's property, jewels, and other articles, and left the petitioner in streets. Since the petitioner is a senior citizen and is covered under the Senior Citizens Act, the 8th respondent is directed to consider the issue, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, conduct an enquiry, and pass 2/4

appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
