Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Murugan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Arumuganeri Police Station, Tuticorin District, is present in Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.45 of 2016 was completed and charge sheet was filed on 10.05.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur, for offences under Sections 452, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, against one Ashok Kumar, but the same has not been taken on file.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur, to pass appropriate orders on the final report in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crime No.45 of 2016 on the file of Arumuganeri Police Station, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
