ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 477-A r/w Section 34 and 120-B I.P.C. in Crime No.2 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.This Court by earlier order, directed the petitioner to appear for enquiry before the respondent for a period of one week from 02.05.2018 onwards and directed the respondent to file their report today.

4.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, on the side of the respondent, submitted that the petitioner did not appear for enquiry.
