This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2024 and direct the respondents to grant approval for Parkavi Driving School.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the petitioner has been granted licence in Form 11 on 20.06.2024 vide licence No.TN482024DSL00001 for imparting instructions for driving motor vehicle for the following two categories:

1.Motor Cycle with gear (Non Transport)(MCWG), 2.Light Motor Vehicle (LMV).

3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
