ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.04.2018, in petition No.192 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard Mr.S.Titus, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Cr.No.188 of 2018 by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

first respondent on 27.04.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 435 of the Indian Penal Code.
