PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Principal District Judge, Karur to dispose the suit in O.S.No.141 of 2021 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Karur within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Karur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.141 of 2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that O.S.No.141 of 2021 is filed in the year 2021 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case.

3.Considering the fact that since the suit is filed only in the year 2021 for partition, this Court is not inclined to give a direction to dispose of suit in O.S.No.141 of 2021 and hence this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
