This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent police to conduct the investigation on the complaint of the petitioner in Crime No. 19 of 2023 dated 09.08.2023 on the file of the third respondent police and file the final report within time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that in this case, substantial portion of investigation is completed and some more witnesses have to be examined.
