O R D E R

This petition is filed to transfer the case in O.R.No.39 of 2016 dated 16.03.2016 on the file of the 1st respondent to 2nd respondent.

2.Mr.B.Irulandi, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the last Assembly Elections, at the instance of the Ruling party, the first respondent has filed a false complaint against the petitioners and other accused persons and the petitioners were not present in the place of occurrence and they have not at all involved in this crime.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and perused the records.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the investigation in O.R.No.39 of 2016 shall be done by the first respondent, under the supervision of the second respondent and if it necessary, the second respondent shall transfer the investigation to some other competent officer.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
