O R D E R

The Writ petitioner is a Mandagapadidharar. There is no dispute about that. However, the respondent temple is declining to receive the Mandagapadi fees from the petitioner because according to the respondent, the petitioner along with the other family members had alienated the trust properties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Writ petitioner brought to my notice, the orders passed by this Court during the preceding years. This Court has directed the respondent temple to receive the Mandagapadi fees from the petitioner on the earlier occasions. The petitioner has not been removed from the said office. The respondent temple has not obtained any order for depriving the petitioner of the honour of performing the Mandagapadi.

3. Therefore, I am constrained to follow the orders passed earlier by this Court. Hence, the Writ petition stands allowed as prayed for.

4. However it is made clear that if the respondent is aggrieved by any act of illegal alienation done by the petitioner, it is

always open to the respondent to take action in the manner known to law.
