The petitioners seek for quash of the proceedings in STC No.589 of 2022 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners had already been acquitted by the trial Court on 12.12.2024.
