ORDER
The Writ petitioner seeks issuance of duplicate X Standard Mark Statement. The petitioner's earlier request was not considered favourably on account of non-furnishing of certain documents. The petitioner has not enclosed all the relevant documents along with the application.
2. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application to the respondent by enclosing all the documents in question. Thereupon, the respondent is directed to issue a duplicate X Standard Mark Statement within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
