ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 8 herein, to remove the unauthorized construction made by the Respondents 9 and 10 herein in Survey No.269/11, 793/70, having extent of 5 cents situated in Salaikramam, Ilayankudi Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.03.2021, within a stipulated period.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has informed this Court the petitioner is no more and there is no further instructions and therefore, he sought for permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
