ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of IPC altered into 120(b), 109, 302 IPC, in Crime No.318 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The case in hand relates to offences under Section 302 IPC. There are subsequent overt act attributed to the petitioner. Only this Court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner has been falsely represented in this case, the anticipatory bail was granted in a murder case. Since such is not a case here. 4.Considering the nature of the allegations made against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory
bail to the petitioner.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
