Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already the investigation has been completed in this case and charge sheet filed and that the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.286 of 2016 by the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai on 30.08.2016.
