This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 93 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the judgment and decree made in M.C.O.P.No.21 of 2021, dated 31.8.2023, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal(Special District Judge), Thanjavur. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 have no objection in allowing this Petition. 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
