ORDER

The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to secure the accused persons especially the first accused Gnanamoorthy and his wife, 9th accused Kannagi in Crime NO.22/2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Even though prayer has been made in the petition seeking the arrest of the accused persons, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if the respondent may be directed to expedite the investigation, that would suffice.

3. In view of the above submission, the 2nd respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and complete the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 1st respondent is directed to monitor the investigation.

4. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
