The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2025. 1/4
2.In view of the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, with the consent of the learned Counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. The petitioner has sought for omission of the names of Kumarappan and Ramaiah, which according to the petitioner have been wrongly included in the patta. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation on 13.02.2025 and in and by this Writ Petition, he seeks early disposal of the said representation.
3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law and thereby disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2025, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
