ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the father of one Mr.Kumarikrishnan, aged about 37 years. It is stated that he went for some job to Kerala on 07.01.2015 and thereafter, he has not returned. In this connection, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.327 of 2015 for man missing and the same is under investigation.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The second respondent is taking earnest efforts to find out the missing person. Since there is no allegation of any illegal detention

and since it is a case of man missing and the investigation has taken a right direction, we do not find any scope for issuing any direction as prayed for. If the petitioner has got any grievance regarding the investigation, he can work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 3.With the above observation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
