ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.204 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294-B, 420 and 506(i) IPC and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested in this case and now he is in judicial custody and therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
