Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the subject property. In this regard, the petitioner has given an representation dated 14.12.2018.

3.The respondent shall consider and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice. It is open to the respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
