ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners/A3 and A4, who were arrested on 01.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 364, 302 and 201 I.P.C. in Cr.No.646 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the deceased was found missing from 14.07.2016 and a complaint there regards was preferred by his brother/defacto complainant on 29.07.2016 on which date the first accused approached the Village Administrative Officer and confessed to having murdered the deceased. Petitioners/A3 and A4 have been arrayed as accused on the allegation that A1 informed of their having helped in committing the offence. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been arrayed as accused only based on the confession of A1 and they are in custody from 01.08.2016. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation is almost completed.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioners are in custody from 01.08.2016, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
