This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned enquiry notice issued by the fifth respondent dated 03.04.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.This Court is not inclined to set aside the communication dated 03.04.2019, since it is nothing but a notice for enquiry, based on the complaint of the fourth respondent herein. If at all any order is passed pursuant to the enquiry, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the order, if he is so advised. 4.The writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs.
