ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first to third respondents submitted that the second respondent will dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing the final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.
