This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.213 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police and to file a final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed within three months.
