(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to shift the TASMAC Shop No.10826 situated at Indira Nagar, Odaimarichan Pappakudi Village, Tirunelveli to some other place.

2.The petitioner has submitted a representation to the third respondent earlier on 28.03.2019 expressing her grievance. Considering the nature of the grievance expressed by the petitioner, the District Manager, TASMAC, Tirunelveli, on behalf of the third respondent, has filed a counter affidavit before this Court. In the counter affidavit, the third respondent has given an undertaking to shift the TASMAC Shop No.10826 situated at Indira Nagar, Odaimarichan Pappakudi Village, Tirunelveli within a period of three months.

3.Based on the undertaking given on behalf of the third respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

The third respondent is directed to comply with the undertaking given before this Court to shift the TASMAC Shop No.10826 situated at Indira Nagar, Odaimarichan Pappakudi Village, Tirunelveli within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No costs.
